This is a tool to create X-Server for S windows display system.
X-Win32 is a PC X Server for X Windows Display on Your LAN. The X-windows architecture is still used in many graphics intensive applications. Demanding engineering applications in defense/aerospace, molecular biology, and IC design with applications like Cadence Virtuoso are in quite heavy use. It is still, possibly, the simplest X Windows terminal emulator for 32- and 64-bit Windows PCs. Usually they are very expensive. This tool is a good alternative for that and far less expensive. This utility implements XDMCP, REXEC and SSH protocol based connections for LAN-based users. FastX is a client-server solution for fast, secure and persistent connections over the Internet. The flash drive based version is for users who frequently access their remote Unix and Linux applications from a variety of different PCs. X-Win32 Flash is installed and run from a standard USB flash drive. The flash drive can be plugged into any computer that you would be using.
After the drive is plugged in you can open X-Win32 Flash and run your pre-configured sessions that are stored. The hardware acceleration on the local PC and the implementation of 65 OpenGL extensions allow X-Win32 to operate at high performance levels among the OpenGL support tools. It is possible to get 3D applications like Catia and Eclipse work at similar performance if these were run locally. Copy paste from X windows to Windows is a feature integrated into the tool. Multiple UNIX and Linux desktops could be opened from different hosts at the same time. It works with 32 bit as well as 64 bit Windows platforms. This is a very good tool. It is certainly a good candidate for a trial if you have these special requirements.
